DESCRIPTION
A matrix manager to lead a CMC team for an early stage small molecule programs. The candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy for the CMC development and coordinating all the CMC deliverables for the program. The candidate will also be responsible for updating management on the progress of the program and any issues that may have a potential impact on program timelines. Additional responsibilities include updating the product development plan, representing PO&T at the program team meeting and leading the team to deliver on critical milestones such as the NDA filing and regulatory meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Ph.D. in Chemistry with 7 + years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in areas related to CMC. Prior experience in leading CMC teams is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment are essentail elements for this job.
