DESCRIPTION
This is a direct hire opportunity in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. The Clinical Outreach Manager is responsible for oversight of biobanking clinical research activities and will act as a point of communication for various hospitals, clinics, and universities. This position will involve managing data collection and following all associated regulatory guidelines (e.g., GCP, CLIA, IRB, FDA regulations). The Clinical Outreach Manager will handle daily operations and facilitate communication between internal and external project personnel. This will require occasional local and out-of-state travel. Other duties will include establishing new external contracts with tissue source sites, oversight of existing protocols, and interaction with IT and Logistics in order to monitor/enhance data reporting systems.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree in Nursing, Molecular Biology, Medicine, or related field
- Strong knowledge of hospital/healthcare operations
- Experience with biobanking/tissue repository, and clinical research
- Highly developed communication skills
- Strong initiative and analytical abilities
