The Account Manager is primarily responsible for prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, opportunity management and conversion. Individual will work as part of an integrated sales team with specific product and geographic responsibilities. Must work collaboratively to advance sales and drive revenue growth. Performance metrics include sales plans and MBOs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Minimum B.S.,life science degree(molecular biology preferred) (M.S., Ph.D.) a plus. Additional sales and/or business training a plus.
Experience: Minimum of (2) years in field sales or telesales, or alternatively (4) years within Life Science industry. Strong candidates will exhibit a track record of success.
Skills: Superior selling skills, advanced computer skills essential, strong written & verbal skills, basic biology comprehension, additional languages are a plus.
