Job Summary
Provide back office support for Wyeth Corporate Accounting.

Responsibilities
include the following monthly activities: process journal entries, financial package preparation, Hyperion population, miscellaneous closing duties, bank reconciliations, and miscellaneous analyses. Job

Responsibilities
Analyze and prepare journal entries for all Wyeth Corporate, Wyeth Holdings and miscellaneous subsidiaries’. Review and analyze all Corporate companies’ general ledger activity for accuracy and to ensure the integrity of Corporate financial statements. Balance, consolidate, and lock Hyperion financial system for all Corporate legal entities on a monthly basis. Analyze and prepare supporting schedules for the financial packages for all Corporate legal entities. Participate in and provide financial data as requested at the monthly closing meetings with Corporate. Perform all additional closing

Responsibilities
as assigned by Corporate Accounting. Research and produce all assigned Corporate bank account reconciliations. Provide Corporate with additional follow-up information to resolve outstanding reconciliation issues. Prepare quarterly and annual Financial Statistical Data (i.e.: Finstat) reports in Hyperion for all miscellaneous Corporate companies. Complete any ad-hoc Hyperion requests made by Wyeth Corporate Accounting. Complete assigned sections of the annual Corporate Federal Tax Questionnaire for the Wyeth Corporate Tax Department; assigned annual TD-31 Calculation of Corporate Tax Liability schedules; and assigned annual Preliminary Review of Balance Sheet Accounts reports (i.e.: PRBSA). Complete monthly assigned P&L account analysis for review of proper accounting of expenditures. Record adjustments as required. Continued documentation and updating of accounting job procedures are completed to adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Research and prepare monthly Research and Development entries. Analyze and prepare Relocation charges and GR/IR reports. Interact with with affiliates in regards to resolution of discrepancies and outstanding items.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or Finance. General PC experience including knowledge of SAP general ledger software, Excel, Word, Power Point and Hyperion financial reporting system. Four years relevant accounting experience or three years relevant accounting experience with Wyeth. Relocation is not available for this position.
