MPR’s Product Development Division is an engineering and design house, specializing in the development of first-of-a-kind medical technologies and products. We work with our clients as a development partner from conceptualization through technology transfer. We provide all engineering, research and development, design, and prototyping services needed to successfully commercialize our clients’ products.
Our heritage of innovation dates back more than 40 years to MPR’s founding in 1964 by Harry Mandil, Bob Panoff, and Ted Rockwell, engineers who led the design and development of the world’s first nuclear submarine, the USS Nautilus. Since then, MPR has built an impressive legacy of innovative, market-changing, technologies, processes, and products within the medical device industry.
MPR is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia and enjoys a full house of over 170 scientists and engineering professionals.
