A small medical device firm whose knee implant triggered a sweeping review at the Food and Drug Administration is suing the agency for revoking approval of its device.
ReGen Biologics filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the FDA, calling the agency's rescission of approval for its device "arbitrary and capricious." The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia
