LAS VEGAS, NV, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Neuroscience Therapy Corp. , a Nevada Corporation, announced today that, effective immediately, it has rescinded a share purchase agreement by which it was to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Neuroscience Therapy Corporation, a Washington Corporation of the same name. The result of this transaction is that Neuroscience Therapy Corp., Nevada, has divested the assets and business of Neuroscience Therapy Corp., Washington.
