The Redwood City-based company listed the following parties on the filing: David Auth, director; David Bruce, executive, director; Robert Croce, director; Rami Elghandour, director; Bruce Modesitt, executive, director; Samuel Navarro, director; Glen Nelson, director; Lewis Pell, director; and Niel Starksen, director. The medical device company makes access devices for cardiologists and interventional radiologists.
